Natural medicine practitioners use propolis for the relief of various conditions, including inflammations, viral diseases, ulcers, superficial burns or scalds. It is also believed to promote heart health, strengthen the immune system and reduce the chances of cataracts. Old beekeepers recommend a piece of propolis kept in the mouth as a remedy for a sore throat. It is beneficial in treating allergies and hemorrhoids. It is also recognized to support the effect of antibiotics.

- mixed with honey
NOTE: It can cause allergy. Before using, administer a drop of propolis on skin. In case of rush and red marks, propolis usage is not recommended
Usage of honey with propolis Usually, ithe concentration of propolis in honey does not exceed 1%. Preparation is intended for treating children that cannot consume alcoholic solutions. In this form, honey with propolis is used as ordinary honey, for example spreading it on a slice of bread. It helps curing strep throat and respiratory system inflammations.
Apply as follows:
Children and teenagers up to 14 years: one teaspoon twice a day
Adults: a tablespoon twice one day, 30 min. before meals
Honey with propolis should be kept in a dark and cool place.
