'The nominations were based on an opinion poll that was conducted from February to September 2010. It was carried out with the use of a number of methods and, what makes it most verifiable, it was repeated periodically. Its main objective is to provide the reliable quality assessment of the food industry products. Naturally, the most essential verifiers are the consumers who buy the products.
