One of the best known cooking nun in Poland, Aniela Garecka, shows how important is honey in the kitchen.

The latest episode of culinary programme “Boska Kuchnia” (Heavenly Kitchen), aired by Religia.tv channel, presents the delicious dish of ribs in honey prepared according to the recipe of sister Aniela.

The lime honey used in the programme comes from the apiary of Sadecki Bartnik. Have a go at the making the dish yourself!
