On 7th of December 2009 at "Sheraton" hotel, a gale of "Poznaj Dobra Zywnosc" (Introducing Quality Food) took place. Marek Sawicki, The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, awarded the distinguished firms with the certificates of "Poznaj Dobra Zywnosc".

"When it comes to the trade of food products, our country has an active balance of 2 mill Euro, while in other branches of economy the balance remains negative. As much as 20% of our export constitute food products and 80% of them are received on the European market. However, we should not forget about other potential clients. We have already improved our relations with the market of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. At present, we do not cease in our intensive endeavours to win over new customers in other countries. As a result of an increase in agriculture production in Europe, we need to seek beyond the border of the European continent. Our objective is to introduce our products, distinguished with the "Poznaj Dobra Zywnosc" symbol, on the markets of China, Korea, Singapore and Vietnam.  The main goal of "Poznaj Dobra Zywnosc" (Introducing Quality Food) program, which has been operating since 2004, is to inform the consumer about the high quality of food products. The participation in the program is optional and it regards the businessmen of countries belonging the the European Union.
During this edition of the program, the PDZ symbol was granted 14 dairy firms, 7 meat processing plants, 5 producers of frozen food, 3 producers of salads, mayonnaise and mustard, 5 confectioner firms, 4 brewing firms and 1 beekeeping farm - "Sadecki Bartnik".
"Sadecki Bartnik" was awarded with the certificates for four products: acacia honey, lime honey, buckwheat honey and multi flower honey.
