The first weekend of July is traditionally the time of meetings, games, attractions and good fun at Sadecki Bartnik beekeeping farm.

Beekeepers had the opportunity to participate in the conference titled: „Let's help bees – the bees will help us”. They not only had the chance to get familiar with the latest apiarian information, health and therapeutic properties of honey but there was also time for experience and views exchange and for shopping.

However, the feast gathers not only beekeepers but also honey fans and great fun enthusiasts. The festivity started on Saturday afternoon with a quiz game followed by the harvest of honey with honey tasting.

The feasters listened to Prof. Kedzia and Dr. Kaplinski with interest. They presented nutritional and therapeutic qualities of bee products.

Afterwards we watched a thrilling show of „Oksamyt” - a Ukrainian dancing group, we listened to regional songs and we could admire fights performed by knights. An artistic programme of St. Ambrose's Night with a firework display ended this magnificent evening.
