Beekeepers from around Poland and other countries came in great numbers. They were buying bee wax, propolis, and other bee products.
The warehouse of "Sadecki Bartnik" was overcome with visitors who were also in search of beekeeping equipment. And the wide range of products made "Biesida" even more attractive.
Apart from bee product and beekeping equipment, people could also purchase specialized literature, as well as, publications dedicated to wider group of readers and honey amateurs. There was also the usual demand for bee queens.
After tasting some culinary dishes offered at the buffets, guest could finally take their seats in the conference tent to participate in a series of interesting lectures. They related to the beekeeping subjects from keeping apiaries to apitherapy.
As can bee seen in the photographs, the interest in the conference was plentiful.
All the lectures presented at the conference have been published in a special brochure that can be purchased in our online shop.
Saturday afternoon was, as usual, full of entertainment and discovering the secrets of bees' world. That is why, there was organized a quiz with questions form Prof. Jan Miodek. There was honey harvesting from a tree trunk.
The stage dominated folk groups, including "Piatkowioki", "Jankowianie" and "Mszalniczanie". There were also performances of Romanian dancing band "Crystal Team" and a cabaret "Truten".
As the night came, the show of "St. Ambrose Night".
