'Poznaj Dobra Zywnosc' at Bartnik
  The Beekeeping Farm 'Sądecki Bartnik' was recently visited by Karol Okrasa, who is not only known for his cooking talent but also for the active participation in the promotional campaign 'Poznaj Dobra Zywnosc'.

Supporting the campaign 'Poznaj Dobra Zywnosc' (Introducing Quality Food), organized by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Karol Okrasa visits the places where  the products awarded with the prestige PDZ emblem are made. The emblem ensures the highest quality of the product and hence helps the customer to make the right decision. The Beekeeping Farm 'Sądecki Bartnik' is one of the distinguished companies.

Although the visit was short, it was quite productive. First, the guests had the chance to admire the Farm along with the Beekeeping Museum, and later Karol Okrasa went on to do what he does the best - that is cooking. This time he prepared two dishes: pork  marinated loins in honey and strawberries in mead with dried tomatoes and buckwheat biscuit.

Of course, the owner of the Farm  - Janusz Kasztelewicz was there to assist. Not only did he help in preparation but even more eagerly he tasted the dishes. To find out how to make them on your own watch the first channel of Polish Public Television TVP1 on 6th of July at 12.30.
