The meeting was integrated with a conference entitled "Ethics in time of crisis" accompanied by heated discussions concerning the presented speeches and lectures given by the accomplished speakers.
In the discussion panel "Family tradition" took part: Małgorzata Niezabitowska, prof. Andrzej Blikle and Jan Jablkowski. Jaroslaw Chołodecki was the moderator in the discussion entitled "You can also be responsible - about local partnership" and "On the responsibility of those who feed us". Another names are: Helmut Gläser "The reason of companies extinction - the dependence of value on the organization", Boleslaw Rok "The activity of institutions in the matter of ethics" and Dorota Simonides "The family tradition in Silesia". Anna and Janusz Kasztelewicz along with Pawel Milicki discussed the matter of "Partial responsibility - is it possible?".
A lot of attention was devoted to the family enterprise, in particular, in the context of a current partnership between Stowarzyszenie Inicjatywa Firm Rodzinnych (Family Firms Initiative Associations) and Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiebiorczosci (Polish Agency of Enterprise Development), all realized in the program of "Family Firms". The participants of the meeting not only were given any necessary information relating to this initiative but also had the opportunity to declare their willingness to take part in it.
Thanks to the sponsor and especially Zaklady Azotowe Kedzierzyn the artistic program of the event was remarkably rich and inspiring.
There were some surprising conclusions delivered during the last session when the participants were to summarize the three-day conference. Some of them are presented below:
Those interested in more details are welcome to watch an interview with Janusz Kasztelewicz, which was carried out by the media patron TVN CNBC and to see a photo gallery created by the IFR. Selected photographs are presented below:
